Get Yourself Moving – Exercise for over 50’s

In partnership with Our Lady of Consolation Aged Care Services we have four FREE Exercise classes for people over 50yrs.

Life’s much better when you get yourself moving. Exercise is of vital benefit to older people.
It can help to minimize pain and improve function, fitness and mobility.
Our approach uses exercise as a key tool to keep people active and independent and at home for longer.

PLEASE NOTE!! Our free exercise classes in partnership with Our Lady of Consolation (OLOC) will have to change as a result of increased demand for the classes and safety concerns of instructor to participant ratios being too high. Participant safety is our priority in making this decision.


Class times are now as follows:
Monday: 11.15am-12pm
Tuesday: 1pm-1.45pm & 2pm-2.45pm
Thursday: 9.15am-10am

There will be a maximum of 25 participants per class as of Monday 19th February. OLOC will be contacting everyone currently registered to advise of the changes and lock you into a particular session so we can accommodate a session for each individual. Unfortunately at this stage, we have to limit everyone to one session to accommodate those currently registered and any new requests/classes.
